Investigation on the spatial distribution of medical vectors after the natural disaster would offer helpful advices on vector controlling as well as staff deployment. In present paper, with field surveillance datasets on mosquito and rodents after blood attack in Fangshan district, Beijing, the spatial analysis and regression were applied to study the spatial allocation and relationship between vector density with environmental factors. As the results, density of mosquito and rodents in larger parts of villages were maintained at low level, and there were no statistical significance could be viewed in spatial aggregations of both the density of mosquito and that of rodents. What's more, in the scales of administrative village, negative correlation between mosquito density vs. averages lights index and slope degree could be detected, and the rodent density display negative correlation to the average light index.
