黄粉虫养殖饲料中发现粗脚粉螨 被引量:3

摘要 为了解粗脚粉螨的形态特征,本文采集了黄粉虫养殖盒中的饲料,并在镜下分离其中孳生的粉螨,依据文献方法制作螨类标本,于镜下观察并进行分类、鉴别。结果在黄粉虫养殖饲料中发现了粗脚粉螨,镜下观察发现虫体呈卵圆形,躯体上刚毛较细短,最长的2对刚毛位于躯体末端。雄螨足Ⅰ发达,膝节处明显增粗,使足Ⅰ弯曲,股节腹面有一明显的刺状突起。生殖孔位于足Ⅳ基节水平之间,肛门后缘有1对圆形的肛吸盘。雌螨较雄螨稍大,基本形态与雄螨相似,但其足Ⅰ没有雄螨发达,且在其股节腹面没有刺状突起。生殖孔位于足Ⅲ与足Ⅳ基节水平之间。结果表明黄粉虫养殖环境中发现了粗脚粉螨的孳生,应采取措施控制养殖过程中粉螨的孳生。 Acarus siro were found in Tenebrio aquaculture feeds. Under microscope, Acarus siro were oval shaped, the bristles on body were thin and short. The longest two pairs of setae located the body ends. Male mites foot developed, significantly enlarged at patella to bent the leg and a distinct spiny protrusions on ventral femur. The gonopore locates at the level of coxae 1V and a pairs of circular anal sucker behind the anal. Female mite slightly larger than male, similar with male mite, but the foot I are not developed as male and without spines on the ventral femur. The female gonopore locates between the coxae 111 and IV. For the possible infestation to Tenebrio molitor, measures should be taken to eliminate the mites in Tenebrio breeding process.
