我国法治信仰的困境、危机与构建

On Dilemma, Crisis and Construction of Our Country's Belief of Rule by law

十八届四中全会决定指出,法律的权威源自人民的内心拥护和真诚信仰,应增强全民法治观念,推进法治社会建设。法治信仰应该被认为是我国通往社会主义法治国家道路的精神支持和动力保障,然而我国悠久的历史以及法律运行的不健全却给法治信仰的建设带来诸多困境。因此,全面推进依法治国,必须消除法治信仰危机,走出法治信仰困境,着力构建社会民众的法治信仰。

The fourth plenary session of the 18th central committee decision points out that, the authority of the law is derived from the people＇s inner support and sincere faith, and we should enhance their awareness of the importance of the rule of law to promote the construction of the rule of law society. The belief of rule by law should be considered as the spiritual support and power protection of socialism country ruled by law. However, our country＇s long history as well as the related unsound laws has brought many difficulties to construct the belief of rule by law. Therefore, in order to promote the rule of law, we must eliminate the belief crisis of rule by law, step out of the belief dilemma of rule by law, and strive to build a social belief of rule by law.
