摘要 校园文化建设对"职业人"的职业素养培养具有重要作用,以"红色文化、区域文化、企业文化"为抓手,以现代企业职业岗位能力需求为导向,坚持"双核(技能+素养)相融"和"三为(为人+为事+为业)"育人理念,培养高职学生专注敬业、精益求精、与人合作的"工匠精神"等逐渐成为高职院校拓展和丰富学生职业素养的有效途径。 Tripartite theory of culture has become an effective way of expanding and enriching students' occupation accom- plishment in higher vocational colleges by taking scientific outlook on development as the guide, seizing "red culture, tra- ditional culture and enterprise culture " as the starting point, and taking the requirement of modern enterprise professional post competency requirements as the guide, adhering to the education concept of "dual core ( skills + accomplishment) blending" and "behave+ work+ entrepreneurship", focusing on students' professionalism, excellence, cooperation with the people' s "artisan spirit" etc.
