摘要 Willis环是最重要的颅内侧支循环系统,其变异类型较多。Willis环变异会减少颅内血液灌注,增高缺血性脑血管病及脑白质病变的发病风险。脑向质病变是由多种病因引起的脑自质损害。随着神经影像学技术的广泛应用,脑白质病变的检出率显著增高,且其与缺血性脑血管病的发生和发展密切相关。文章对Willis环变异与脑白质病变的相关性进行了综述。 Circle of Willis is the most important intracranial collateral circulation system, it has many types of variation. Circle of Willis variants reduce intracranial blood perfusion and increase the risks of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and white matter lesions. White matter lesions are white matter damage caused by a variety of causes. With the wide application of neuroimaging technology, the detection rate of white matter lesions is significantly higher, and it is closely associated with the ischemic cerebrovascular disease. This article reviews the correlation between circle of Willis variants and white matter lesions.
