The paper introduces the status quo and standards development for three-dimension digitization technology of military electronic industry, builds the standards system of three-dimension digitization technology for military electronic industry equipment, including digital design, digital simulation, digital process, digital manufacturing, digital operation and maintenance, and elaborates the main technical content of every kind of standards. The research on the standards system of the three-dimension digitization technology for military electronic industry equipment gives direction to subsequent building of the standards for three-dimension digitization technology of military electronic equipment.
