摘要
依据《GB/T24767-2009太阳能重力热管》进行基于表征测量的太阳能重力热管传热性能测定与优化研究,主要工作包括建立表征数据与太阳能重力热管传热性能关系模型,搭建相应检测装置,通过实际检测结果比对进行模型的验证,并根据检测结果提出相应的重力热管技术优化方法。测试结果表明,检测装置能够测量得到传热性能计算所需表征数据,操作简单,测试精度达到标准要求,为太阳能重力热管的出厂检测提供符合国家标准的检测方法和检测装置。
According to GB/T 24767--2009 of solar gravity heat pipe standard, the measurement and optimization of heat transfer performance of solar gravity heat pipe based on characterization measurements were carried out, the main work includes the establishment of a relationship model between the characterization data and the heat transfer performance of solar gravity heat pipe, building the corresponding detection device, and carrying out the model validation through the actual test result comparison, and proposing the corresponding gravity heat pipe technology optimization method according to the detection results. The measurement results showed the detection device can measure the characterization data needed to calculate the heat transfer performance, easy to operate, test accuracy to meet the standard requirements, for the solar gravity heat pipe factory inspection provide detection method and detection equipment in line with the national standard.
