摘要
主要对真菌毒素的快速检测方法进行简单的介绍,用不同厂家的酶联免疫试剂盒对随机采购的玉米样本和饲料样本进行检测,并与液相色谱测定的数值进行对比,结果表明,酶联免疫法定量测定值与液相色谱测定值差异不显著(P>0.05),对真菌毒素检测的准确度已接近液相色谱。
It was introduced that the rapid detection method of mycotoxins in this article. The samples of maize and feed samples were tested with different manufacturers＇ kits. Compared the values of enzymelinked immunoassay with that of liquid chormatography, the difference was not significant（P0.05） and the detection accuracy of enzyme-linked immunoassay kits was close to liquid chromatography.
