从洋务学堂到“双一流”:津冀近现代高等教育的交融、分野与协同

From the Westernization School to the “Double First-Class”:the Integration, Division and Coordination of Modern Higher Education in Tianjin and Hebei

从清末洋务学堂作为中国高等教育的滥觞到如今京津冀高等教育协同发展,津冀高等教育走过了交融、分野再到协同的曲折道路。经过100多年的风雨,在"京津冀协同发展"与建设"双一流"两大背景下,津冀高等教育该如何应对又一次划时代的大变革带来的机遇与挑战。从行政区划变革角度把津冀百年高等教育发展历史划分为交融、分野和协同三个阶段,剖析每个阶段津冀高等教育的发展状况并总结历史特征,解答在"京津冀协同发展"和建设"双一流"背景下津冀高等教育将何去何从。

From the beginning of the Qing Dynasty to the higher education of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education, the advanced education of Tianjin and Hebei went through the twists and turns of the blend, the division and the synergy.
