摘要
"如何提高员工的创新绩效"成为企业目前亟需解决的问题,本文从知识型员工角度出发,结合组织情境和个体能力两方面因素解决这一问题。实证结果证实了组织创新氛围既直接对员工创新绩效有正向影响,也可间接通过知识分享对员工创新绩效产生正向影响,同时高知识吸收能力下,知识分享对员工创新绩效的影响关系更显著,从而验证了知识吸收能力的正向调节作用,为企业提高知识型员工创新绩效提供了有效途径。
How to improve the innovation performance of employees has become an urgent problem need to solve now. From the perspective of knowledge workers.This paper consider organizational context and individual ability to solve this problem. The empirical results show that the organizational innovation atmosphere not only has a directly positive effect on the employee innovation performance , but also have a indirectly effect hrough knowledge sharing. At the same time, the effect of knowledge sharing on employee innovation performance is more significant.The positive moderating effect of knowledge absorptive capacity was verified. Thus, it provides an effective way for enterprises to improve the innovation performance of knowledge workers.
