基于改进粒子群算法优化的冲压机构动力学仿真研究

摘要 建立了一种冲压机构模型简图,给出了冲压机构运动动力学方程,并推导了冲压机构滑块运动位移、速度及加速度运动方程式。最后引用改进粒子群算法优化目标函数,将优化结果输入到MATLAB软件中进行滑块位移、速度及加速度仿真。同时,与优化前仿真结果进行比较和分析。仿真结果显示,冲压机构设计变量参数采用改进粒子群算法优化后,在冲压机械工件过程中,其运动速度几乎处于匀速状态。冲压机构运动参数采用改进粒子群算法优化后,能够提高冲压机构运动的稳定性,从而提高冲压件产品的质量。 In this paper, a simplified diagram of the punching mechanism is created, and the motion dynamics equation of the stamping mechanism is given, and the motion displacement, velocity and acceleration equations of the sliding block are derived. The objective function of particle swarm optimization is optimized by the improved particle swarm algorithm, and the optimized results are input into MATLAB software to simulate sliding- block displacement, velocity and acceleration simulation. At the same time, the simulation re- sults are compared and analyzed to show that in the process of stamping mechanical workpiece, the motion velocity of the stamping mechanism is almost constant in the process of stamping mechanical workpiece. By improving the optimization of particle swarm, the motion parameters of the stamping mechanism can improve the stability of the press movement and the quality of the stamping parts.
