沙颍河阜阳段轮虫群落结构及其周年变化 被引量:2

摘要 2013年1月至12月,对沙颍河阜阳段2个河段5个采样断面轮虫群落结构进行了调查,共采集轮虫13科19属43种,针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla)、螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)和萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus Calyciflorus)等为主要优势种。轮虫种类夏季种类最多,冬季种类最少。轮虫密度季节变化也明显,总体是春季>夏季>秋季>冬季,全年平均密度为997ind·L^(-1),平均密度最大为4月(3778ind·L^(-1)),平均密度最小为12月(53ind·L^(-1))。轮虫密度和河流水温、电导率相关性大,阜阳闸对河流轮虫群落结构有一定影响。轮虫污染指示种40种,群落香农-威纳生物多样性指数H值在0.94~1.86之间,根据水质评价指标,沙颍河阜阳段水质为中度至重度污染状态。 Community structure of rotifer was investigated monthly in two sampling reaches in the Shaying River near Fuyang City in 2013. A total of 43 species were recorded, belonging to 19 genera in 13 families. The dominant species were Polyarthra trigla, Keratella. Cochleari, Brachionus Calyciflorus, etc. The species number of rotifer was the highest in the summer and the lowest in the winter. The seasonal change of the rotifer is obvious, showing spring 〉 summer 〉 autumn 〉 winter in turn roughly. The average density of rotifer is 997ind·L^-1 with an average range from 53ind ·L^-1(December) to 3778ind·L^-1(April) . The rotifers density is correlated with water temperature and conductivity at high level. Fuyang floodgate project has some impact on river rotifer community structure. Among these rotifers, 40 species were pollution indicator species. According to the Shannon - Wiener index value, the Shaying River near Fuyang City water quality was polluted from middle to serious degree.
