Analysis of the artistic characteristics of Lolita from the perspective of postmodernism

Lolita is a pivotal piece of literary world in the twentieth century. The novel bears typical postmodernism features and is a rare masterpiece to popularize postmodernism. Based on relevant theories of postmodernism and from the perspective of postmodernism, this paper analyzes the artistic features and literary values of ＂Lolita＂ from the contingency of story plots and the diversification and in- determinacy of writing techniques so as to further deepen the understanding and grasp of postmodernism.
