基于校企合作的技工人才精准培养模式研究

Research on the construction of precision training mode for technicians based on the school-enterprise cooperation

目前我国的技工人才培养存在诸多问题:培养目标偏离企业用人标准、企业参与教学积极性不高、教学内容与岗位需求不匹配、政府支持校企合作力度不够等,针对这些问题,从专业课程设置、实践教学方法、师资队伍建设、政府人才政策等方面提出通过学校和企业紧密合作,构建技工人才精准培养模式,为技工人才培养提供参考。

Nowadays, there are some problems in the cultivation of our country＇s technical personnel, such as deviation of talents culti- vation target from employers＇ standard, lack of enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in teaching, mismatch of teaching contents and positions, lack of government support for cooperation between schools and enterprises. For this reason, the article puts forward that through the close cooperation between schools and enterprises, we should construct the precise training model of mechanic and technical personnel from the setting of professional courses, practical teaching methods, teaching staff construction and government personnel policy, which will provide theoretical reference for our country＇s mechanics training.
