摘要
翻转课堂对新课改的推进起到了重要作用,但在具体的实践和推广应用过程中也凸显出诸多问题。结合各学校翻转课堂教学实际,剖析实施过程中"教学理念、教学方式、教学评价、管理制度"等方面存在的问题,深入分析了造成现实问题及思想误区的原因,采用问题导向的方式,提出翻转课堂内涵认识、传统课堂转型发展、相关政策制度建立、师资培训学习、评价体系完善等方面的策略,对教学改革提供理论参考。
Flipped classroom plays an important role in the promotion of the new curriculum reform, but it also highlights many problems in the specific application and practice. Based on the teaching practice of flipped classroom in schools, this paper analyzes the problems of "teaching philosophy, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, management system" and other aspects in the process of implementation and studies the causes of realistic problems and erroneous ideas, puts forward the flipped classroom connotation, transformation and development of traditional classroom, the policy system establishment, teacher training and learning, improvement of evaluation system and other aspects by using problem oriented approach, providing theoretical reference for teaching reform.
