摘要
通过采集几个关键温度点数据计算出9FA联合循环机组1#余热锅炉高、中、低压系统节点温差,再与设计值对比判断余热锅炉三个系统的效率情况,并收集相关数据进行简单计算,根据节点温差判断验证确定余热锅炉三个系统效率情况,提出的处理方案达到节能目的,提高余热锅炉的效率。
Pinch-point temperature difference of high, medium and low pressure system of 1#heat recovery boiler used in 9FA combined cycle unit were calculate by collecting several key temperature point data, and efficiency of three systems of waste heat boiler were estimated by comparing with design value, made simple calculation by collecting relevant data, determined the efficiency of three system of the waste heat boiler according to the node temperature difference and proposed solutions which can save energy and improve the efficiency of waste heat boiler.
