摘要
针对晋煤集团胡底煤业在近距离煤层群的开采过程中,1301工作面底板出现的瓦斯涌出量增加问题,通过采用底抽巷进行瓦斯抽采,使得1301工作面由于下邻近层瓦斯涌出造成的底板瓦斯超限问题得到有效解决。分析了1301工作面底板瓦斯涌出量增加原因,探讨了1301工作面底抽巷的钻孔布置及其抽采效果。结果表明:底板瓦斯浓度由0.52%降低至0.12%,瓦斯抽放率提高了21%,矿井安全生产得到了有效保障。
According to the problems for increased gas emission quantity occurred in floor of 1301 working face during mining process of closed distance coal seam group at Hudi Coal Industry Company of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group, gas extraction work was performed by using end-located drainage roadway, problem of gas over-limit was solved effectively due to the emission of gas from adjacent layers at 1301 working face. This paper analyzed the reasons for the increase of gas emission in the floor of1301 working face and discussed the well location of end-located drainage roadway at 1301 working face and its extraction effect.The results showed that gas concentration of floor was reduced from 0.52% to 0.12%, gas drainage rate was increased by 21% and mine safety production was effectively guaranteed.
