摘要
通过合理的调控手段,实现带式输送机的软启动十分重要。对设计研发的一种新型的调速装置进行了调速装置结构与软启动过程分析及试验分析。该调速装置实现了输送机的有效软启动,为保障运输安全和提升作业效率起到一定的推动效果。
It is very important to realize soft start of belt conveyor through reasonable means of regulation. This paper made process analysis and test analysis of speed regulation device structure and soft start to a new designed and developed speed regulation device. The speed regulation device can realize the effective soft start of the conveyor, which has a certain effect on guaranteeing transportation safety and improving operation efficiency.
