动态调温反应釜控温效果的理论分析与改造研究

摘要 双层玻璃反应釜是通过夹套中注入的调温介质(水或导热油)对釜内物料在不同反应阶段所需的不同温度进行控制。以锆、硼溶胶-凝胶制备为例,在加入催化剂释放出大量热量后,反应釜夹套中导热油^([5])由于自身物性所限,冷却过程所需时间较长。该文分别对不同种类冷却介质与溶胶间的非稳态换热过程冷却效果进行理论分析与动态数值模拟,并根据分析和模拟的结果对不同冷却介质控温提出改造方案和实施方法,以期为双层玻璃反应釜控温改造提供理论依据。 Double glass reactor through the Jacket into the thermostat medium (water or thermal oil) to the reactor material at different reaction tentation stages of different temperature control. The preparation of zirconium and boron sol-gel as an example, when a large amount of heat is released from the catalyst, the heat-conductiong oil in the reactor jacket is limited due to its physical properties, and the cooling process takes a long time. The purpose of this article is to make the theoretical analysis and dynamic nu- merical simulation of the cooling effect of the unsteady heat transfer process between different kinds of cooling mediums abd sik were carried respectively. And according to the analysis and simulation resuhs, we put forward the reform plan and implement method of temperature control for different cooling medium in order to provide a theoretical basis for the temperature control feforming of double glass reactor.
