摘要 以废弃线路板中金属铜的精炼回收为例,将物质分离、电解提纯和金属元素含量测定等基本实验技术有机结合起来设计成综合性实验项目。让学生在熟悉分离分选技术的同时,掌握悬浮电解技术的原理,巩固滴定分析操作,了解从废弃线路板中回收金属铜的工艺过程,从而在培养学生综合实验技能的同时建立资源循环利用的理念。 Taking the recovery and refining of metallic copper in waste printed circuit board as an example, the basic experimen- tal technologies such as material separation, electrolytic purification and determination of metal element content are organically com- bined to design a comprehensive experimental project. Students are familiar with the separation and sorting techniques. Students can grasp the principle of suspension electrolysis technology, consolidate the titration analysis operation, understand the process of recy- cling metal copper from waste circuit boards. Thus training students in comprehensive experimental skills at the same time establish the concept of recycling of resources.
