摘要
以区域公共实训基地或高等院校作为发起人构建协同育人平台,根据五轴加工的职业能力结构合理规划设计课程体系,共同开展五轴加工技术人才培养。发挥院校教学资源丰富的优势开展五轴空间坐标几何学及CAM编程实训教学,利用五轴机床生产企业、五轴数控加工企业和数字化软件开发机构的技术设备资源以及实际生产加工经验进行任务导向的一体化实训,构建科学合理的课程体系和师资组合方式,培养知识能力结构全面的五轴加工应用型人才。
In order to build a cooperative education platform which was based on the regional public training or colleges and uni- versities as sponsors, the curriculum system is reasonablely designed according to the professional ability structure of the five axis machining, and the five axis machining technology talents training will be carried out together. The five axis space coordinate geometry and CAM programming training is carried out by the advantages of teaching resources in colleges and universities, and develop the task oriented integration training with the help of the technical equipment resources and the practical production experience of the five axis machine tool manufacturing enterprises, five axis CNC machining enterprises and the digital software development organizations. Construct a scientific and reasonable curriculum system and teacher model, cultivate a comprehensive five - axis machining application tal- ents with knowledge ability.
