摘要 校企共建智能生产线实验室,不仅弥补了学校资金不足,无法搭建适应企业生产需要的智能生产线的问题;同时让学生完成了智能制造的教学实训环节,实现了由"在校学生"到"企业员工"身份的转换;而且为企业培养了"无缝对接"的人才,节约了岗前培训成本和时间。厦门理工学院通过与企业共建智能制造联合实验室,积累了一定经验,对高校搭建能对接企业生产的实验室的建设具有较大的指导意义,为学校和企业合作共建共享智能生产线实训室提供参考。 Building an intelligent production line laboratory in University and enterprise not only can make up for the lack of school funds, which was unable to build an intelligent production line which adapts to the production needs of the enterprise. Mean- while, allow students to complete the teaching and training links of the intelligent manufacturing, achieving the "school students" to "Enterprise employees" identity transformation. But also can cultivate some "seamless docking" talents for the enterprise, save the cost of pre - job training and time. Xiamen University of Technology has accumulated certain experience by co - building intelligent manufacturing joint laboratory with the enterprise. It is of great guiding significance for the colleges and universities to build a practical guidance which adapts to the production the enterprise and the construction of the laboratory of Training skills and so on, providing a reference for co - building a Sharing intelligent production line training room by University and enterprise.
