粉煤灰对铝酸盐水泥和硅酸盐水泥耐热性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 将粉煤灰作为矿物掺合料分别掺入到铝酸盐水泥和硅酸盐水泥中,通过耐热性能测试、X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜研究粉煤灰对水泥石在750℃条件下的耐热性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰在铝酸盐水泥中没有发生反应,对铝酸盐水泥的耐热性能没有改善作用;粉煤灰对硅酸盐水泥的耐热性能有明显的改善作用,在掺量40%以下,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,水泥石煅烧后的残余强度增加;综合比较,粉煤灰-硅酸盐水泥体系的耐热性能优于粉煤灰-铝酸盐水泥体系。 Fly ash as mineral admixture was added into aluminate cement and portland cement respectively. With the aid of mechanical property test, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analyses, the effect of fly ash on the heat-resistant property of aluminate cement and Portland cement under 750 ℃ was investigated. The results show that fly ash don1 react with aluminate cement and cant enhance the heat-resistant property of aluminate cement. Fly ash could enhance heat- resistant property of portland cement, and residual strength of cement stone after high temperature calcination is improved with the increasing of the content of fly ash below 40%. By the comparison, the heat-resistant property of fly ash-portland cement is better than that of fly ash-aluminate cement.
