摘要
氮氧化物是大气污染的主要因子之一,也是产生PM2.5的诱因之一。NO_X主要来源于分解炉内燃料型NO_X和回转窑内NO_X。通过研究南京市某水泥企业SNCR工程实际运用情况,了解该企业脱硝效果,同时根据NO_X排污费征收政策,分析NO_X排放浓度与生产成本的关系,为政府控制水泥企业NO_X排放工作提出建议。
Nitric oxide is (NOx) not only one of the main causes for air pollution, but also one of the incentives to PM2.5 production. NOx is mainly derived from decomposition furnaces and rotary kilns. This paper investigates the practical application of the SNCR project and its effect in denitration in a cement enterprise in Nanjing. The relationship between NOx emission concentration and production cost is also analyzed according to the collection policy of NOx sewage charges. This paper provides useful suggestions for enterprises to implement good environmental protection and efficient production cost control.
