摘要 测定白花蛇舌草和其易混品水线草中的人体必需微量元素含量,进一步区分2种抗癌中草药。药材粉碎成极细粉,电热板湿法消解处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定锰(Mn)、铬(Cr)、锶(Sr)、锌(Zn)、铷(Rb)、硼(B)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、钒(V)、锡(Sn)、砷(As)、钼(Mo)、硒(Se)、钴(Co)14种人体必需微量元素。方法学考察显示,14种元素在0 g/L^500 g/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.999 8,检出限为0.001 9 g/L^0.164 4 g/L,加样回收率为97.5%~120.0%;白花蛇舌草含更多的Sn元素,水线草含更多的其余13种元素;Mn、Cr、Sr、Zn等元素在2种药材中的含量均相对较高。ICP-MS法具有良好的线性、灵敏度和准确度;2种抗癌中草药在人体必需微量元素的含量上存在着较大的差异,本实验为解释二者的不同药效物质基础提供了理论数据和参考。 The aim is to further distinguish two kinds of anti-cancer Chinese herbal medicine with the determination of essential trace ele- ments in Hedyotis diffusa Willd. and its adulterant Hedyotis corymbosa (L.) Lam. The fine powder of two herbs were treated with the method of electric heating digestion, and the Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine 14 kinds of essential trace elements of human, such as Mn, Cr, St, Zn, Rb, B, Ni, Cu, V, Sn, As, Mo, Se, Co.The methodological study re- sult showed that the linear relationship of these 14 elements was all good enough in the range of 0lag/g-500 lag/g, and the linear correlation coefficients (r) were all greater than 0.999 8. The detection limits were in the range of 0.001 9lag/g-0.164 4lag/g, and the recoveries were between 97.5% and 120.0%. The measurement results showed that the contents of other 13 elements in H. corymbosa (L.) Lain. were gre- ater than in H. diffusa Willd. except Sn. What's more, the contents of Mn, Cr, Sr, Zn were relatively high in both two kinds of herbs.The established method oflCP-MS was validated with good linearity, sensitivity and accuracy. In these two herbs, the contents of 14 kinds of essential trace elements of human were different significantly, and this study could provide data support and reference for clarifying the different pharmacodyamic material basis for these two anti-cancer herbs.
