川楝子的研究进展

Research Progress of Fructus Toosendan

川楝子中含有丰富的化学成分,包括楝烷型萜类、柠檬素类、挥发油类、黄酮类、酚酸类、长链脂肪酸类、甾体类、生物碱等诸多类型,具有驱虫、抗肉毒、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗菌消炎、抗氧化等诸多方面的药理作用。本文对其近年来的化学成分、药理作用及其临床研究进展进行了文献综述。

Fructustoosendan is rich in chemical constituents including azadirachtin type, limonin, volatile oil, flavonoids, phenolic ac- ids, long chain fatty acids, steroids, alkaloids and many other types; F elmintic, antitumor, anti-virus, antiba- cterial anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation and many other aspects of the pharmacological effects. In this paper describe the chemical com- position, pharmacological effects, toxicological effects and clinical progress of recent years.
