摘要
SDN和NFV技术在解决传统网络中存在的问题的同时也引入新的问题——网络流量负载失衡,因此引入VNF迁移。VNF迁移的优势在于可以实现故障快速恢复、负载均衡以及弹性应用;但VNF迁移与传统的虚拟机迁移存在着很大的区别,因此迁移过程中需要考虑更多的问题。文中针对VNF迁移,介绍了其产生背景、基本概念、分类标准以及迁移时需要考虑的问题,并给出目前业内VNF迁移的实现方法。最后对VNF迁移带来的消极影响,如服务降级等,给出可能的解决方案——VNF迁移和VNF复制协同进行网络负载均衡,这还需要进一步的研究。
SDN and NFV may bring many new problems while solving the problems in the traditional net- works, such as unbalanced traffic load and so on. Virtual network functions (VNF)migration is intro- duced to solve these problems. The benefits of VNF cing and resilient applications. However, there are migration include rapid failure recovery, load balan- many differences between VNF migration and tradi- tional virtual machine migration, so more elements need to be considered during the migration. This pa- per presents the background of VNF migration, basic concepts, classification criteria, and the issues con- sidered during the migration of VNF. A method for realizing the VNF migration in the industry is pro- posed. Finally, a balancing can be ice, thus it needs possible solution to the negative impact of VNF migration is given. The network load accomplished through VNF migration and VNF replication without degrading the serv- further study.
