推动全面从严治党向纵深发展是以习近平为核心的党中央在党的十九大前后提出并不断稳定化的一个重要思想。这一思想反映了马克思主义政党的本质要求,内在于十八大后习近平关于全面从严治党战略思想之中,也是应对新征程新挑战和新任务的伟大斗争的迫切要求。在推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的思想中,所谓"纵深"包含着对党的建设在新时代中国特色社会主义事业发展中的重要性在认识上的纵深、对党的建设质量要求的纵深以及对全面从严治党领域的纵深三个基本方面。从发展部署来看,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,必须要用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想提升对新时代推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的思想和政治自觉、以政治建设统领全面从严治党纵深发展的新实践、强化思想建设在全面从严治党向纵深发展中的基础性作用并在多层次要素的整体创新中推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。

It is an important and stable thought of ensuring strict Party self-governance which is put forward by the CCP＇s central committee with Xi Jinping as its core around the Party＇s 19 thnational congress. This though reflects the essential demand of Marxist party,belongs to the inherent part of Xi Jinping＇s strategic thoughts of strict Party self-governance,and is also the urgent need of great struggle of facing new march,new challenge and new task. The thought of ensuring strict Party self-governance includes three aspects： knowledge development of Party construction＇s importance in the new era socialism with Chinese characteristics,demand development of the quality of Party construction and the field development of strict Party self-governance. To develop ensuring strict Party self-governance must use Xi Jinping＇s thoughts of new era socialism with Chinese characteristics to improve the ideological and political consciousness of ensuring strict Party self-governance,put the Party＇s political construction first and lead the Party＇s whole construction,strengthen the basic role of ideological construction in the process of ensuring strict Party self-governance and drive the development of ensuring strict Party self-governance through whole innovation of multilevel factors.
