摘要
分析了织物印花机网框升降机构的工作原理和运行要求,并设计了一种新型网框升降机构。对比分析已有的曲柄摇杆升降机构,建立两种设计方案的数学模型。利用Matlab进行运动学仿真分析,并对所设计的摆线凸轮机构进行验证。结果表明,摆线凸轮机构运动过程平稳、无冲击,有良好的变换运动特性,减小了占用空间,方便安装调试,能满足织物印花机的工艺要求。该机构已在实际生产中得到应用,有较高的应用推广价值。
The working principle and operation requirements of the frame lifting mechanism of textile screen printing machine were analyzed, and a new frame lifting mechanism was designed. Compared with the existing crank-rocker mechanism, the mathematical models of two design schemes were established. The kinematics simulation was carried out by Matlab, and the design of the cycloid cam mechanism was verified. The results show that the motion mechanism of the cycloid cam mechanism is stable and has no impact. It has good transformation and motion characteristics, reduces the occupied space, facilitates the installation and debugging, and could meet the technological requirements of the textile screen printing machine. The cycloid can mechanism has been used in practical production, possessing a higher value of application promotion.
