摘要
研究了0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材料常温和77 K下的断裂性能,利用光学显微镜、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)进行断口分析。结合断口学结果,分析了温度对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材料断裂行为的影响,结果表明0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材料稳定裂纹扩展开始时的断裂韧度工程估计值JQ在常温和77 K下分别为2 116.1 k J/m2、160.0 k J/m2,实际的起裂韧度值Ji在常温和77 K下分别为325.3 k J/m2、43.1k J/m2。
The fracture toughness in terms of JR curve of 0CrlSNi9 steel was investigated at normal and low temperatures. Moreover, fractography was conducted by optical microscope and scanning electron mi- croscope ( SEM). In addition, the effect of temperature on its fracture behavior was interpreted. Results in- dicates that the J-integral at the intersection of 0.2 mm offset line of blunting line with R-curve at room tem- perature and 77 K were respectively 2 116. 1 kJ/m2 and 160.0 kJ/m2, whereas real initiation fracture toughness at room temperature and 77 K were respectively 325.3 kJ/m2 and 43.1 kJ/m2.
