Exploration on New Characteristic Industrial Economy in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area——A Case Study of Specialized Development of Stevia in Hailin Farm

现代化大农业的发展推动了国营农场的政企化改革潮流的兴起。如何在激烈的农业市场化洪流中保持自身独特的竞争优势,促使产业经济发展与职工收入同向性增长,成为每个国营农场必须面临的现实问题。以海林农场甜叶菊专业化生产为研究对象,通过研究其种植模式、特色加工模式和市场扩展模式三者之间的紧密联系,探索出一条新型的集体农业产业化发展模式,为垦区政企体制改革和规模化产业经济发展提供相关的借鉴经验,并形成示范带动效应,全面推动垦区企业走向市场化发展之路,提高农场整体的规模效益。

The development of modem agriculture had promoted the rise of the trend of government-oriented reform of state farms. How to maintain their own unique competitive advantages in the fierce agricultural market flood, and promote the industrial economy and the income of workers with the same growth, as each state-owned farms must face the real problem. In this paper, the profes- sional production of stevia in Hailin farms was taken as the research object. By studying the close relationship between planting pattern, characteristic processing mode and market expansion mode, a new model of collective agriculture industrialization development, Enterprise reform and large-scale industrial economic development were explored to provide relevant experience, and the formation of demonstration-driven effect, and comprehensively promote the development of reclamation enterprises to marketization to improve the overall scale of the farm benefits.
