铁路货运电子锁安全监控研究

Research on Security Monitoring of Railway Freight with Electronic Lock

现有的铁路列车追踪系统仅能够对列车运行的大概区间进行监测,实效性不强,不能满足铁路客户对货物实时追踪的要求。在阐述铁路货物列车电子锁软件系统工作原理和系统功能的基础上,从电子锁控制器、铁路车载电子锁、电子锁机械结构设计3个方面提出电子锁硬件系统总体设计,最后探讨发货上锁、在途巡检、收货解锁和应急开锁等安全监控系统的工作流程。电子锁的研究可以有效遏制运输过程中货物被偷盗、被置换等违法行为的发生,为铁路运输安全提供有力保障。

The existing railway train tracking system can only monitor the approximate range of the train running, and its efficiency is not high enough to meet the demand of railway customers to track the goods in real time. This paper elaborates the working principles and system functions of the electronic locking software system of railway freight train. Then, it proposes an overall design for the hardware of the electronic locking system from 3 aspects： electronic lock controller, train onboard electronic lock and the mechanic structure design. Finally it discusses the working process of the security monitoring system, including locking at departure, inspection when goods are under way, unlocking upon receiving and emergency unlocking. The application of electronic locking system will effectively avoid illegal acts such as theft or replacement of goods, and thus it provides strong support for the safe operation of railway.
