表贴式永磁同步电机控制器的设计

摘要 针对单相交流输入场合,采用DSP控制芯片TMS320F28335优化设计了基于矢量控制的表贴式永磁同步电机控制器。从软件和硬件上优化设计,提升逆变器工作频率,最终完成了一台400W永磁同步电机控制器原理样机。实验结果表明本文研制的永磁同步电机控制器能有效生成圆形磁链,具有良好的稳态和动态性能。 For the single-phase AC input, SPMSM controller based on vector control is designed optimally with TMS320F28335 DSP. The inverter frequency is enhanced by optimized design on software and hardware, and at last a prototype of 400W permanent magnet synchronous motor controller is manufactured. Experimental results show that the motor controller based on vector control can effectively generate circular flux and obtain good steady state and dynamic performance.
