摘要
轧钢分为热轧与冷轧两道工序,热轧工序会产生两种情况的钢铁损耗。针对规定的成品钢材大小,通过建立数学模型求出钢材损耗函数,进而得出轧钢机器的均值满足某种条件时钢铁损耗达到最小。接着利用Matlab软件来模拟计算以举例说明。最后指出轧钢机器的方差变小能降低钢材的损耗。
Steel rolling is divided into hot and cold rolling two processes, the hot rolling process results in two cases of steel loss. According to the specified size of finished steel, the steel loss function can be obtained by establishing the mathematical model, and then the steel loss is minimized when the mean value of rolling machine satisfies certain condition. Then using Matlab software to simulate the calculation to illustrate. Finally, it is pointed out that the variance reduction of rolling machine can reduce the loss of steel.
