摘要 基于物联网基础框架,研制了一种新型的智能回收箱,可实现容量自动检测,自动计数、自动称重、自动报警以及积分返点功能。回收箱采用STM32单片机作为核心控制器,通过RS485通信接口和4G模块进行数据透明传输,4G模块和服务器保持实时数据通信。用户通过手机APP进行扫码开盖,服务器接收到用户请求时,将数据转发给回收箱控制器,单片机根据与服务器的通信协议进行数据解析,通过电机驱动器驱动推杆电机运动,完成一次用户请求操作。同时由称重传感器、深度传感器、计数传感器获取当前重量、深度、以及瓶子数;单片机对传感器信号进行实时采集,然后将数据打包上传至服务器;此外通过WEB端对服务器进行数据访问,更新当前回收箱系统信息,进行回收箱运行状态监控。样机测试结果表明,该控制系统功能完整、性能稳定。 Based on the basic framework of the Internet of Things,a new type of intelligent recovery box has been developed. The recovery box can realize the function of automatic capacity detection,automatic counting,automatic weighing,automatic alarming and point rebating. By the use of STM32 microcontroller as the core controller,through the RS485 communication interface and 4 G module transparent data transmission, 4 G modules and servers can maintain real-time data communication. When the server receives the request from the user,it forwards the data to the recovery box controller. The SCM analyzes the data according to the communication protocol with the server. The motor drives the push rod motor through the motor driver to complete a user request operating. At the same time,the current weight,depth,and the number of bottles are obtained by the load cell,depth sensor and counting sensor. The microcontroller achieves real-time acquisition of sensor signals,and then packages data uploaded to the server. In addition,through WEB server access to data,the update of current recovery box system information and operation monitoring of the box are implemented. The prototype test results show that the control system has complete functions and stable performance.
