榄香烯联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床观察

Elemene combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的观察榄香烯联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法采取随机分组法将57例中晚期食管癌患者分为单纯放疗组28例(对照组)、榄香烯联合放疗组29例(治疗组)。对照组采用常规分割照射,治疗组在对照组基础上联合榄香烯静脉滴注。记录患者临床症状变化。结果放疗结束后第8周复查,对照组和治疗组有效率分别为60.7%和75.9%(P<0.05)。2组总体耐受良好,均无Ⅳ级毒副反应发生。结论榄香烯联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效较单纯放疗好,且毒副反应较小,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the short-term curative effect and toxicity reactions of elemene in combination with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 57 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided into radiotherapy group （28 cases） and elemene combined with radiotherapy group （29 cases）. The control group was given conventional irradiation, and the treatment group received intravenous infusion of elemene on the basis of the control group. Changes of clinical symptoms were recorded. Results The effective rates in the control group and the treatment group were 60.7% and 75.9% , respectively, when fol- low-up at the 8th week after radiotherapy （P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients of 2 groups were generally well tolerated, no grade IV toxicity occurred. Conclusion The efficacy of elemene combined with three- dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer is better than ra- diotherapy alone, and it is safe and effective and had fewer side effects.
