颈项部按摩联合吞咽训练对脑梗死假性球麻痹患者生活质量的影响

Effect of neck massage and swallowing training on quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction pseudobulbar palsy

目的探讨颈项部按摩联合吞咽训练对脑梗死假性球麻痹患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院接受诊治的脑梗死假球性麻痹患者140例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各70例。对照组接受吞咽训练治疗,研究组接受颈项部按摩联合吞咽训练治疗。治疗1个月后比较2组患者治疗前后吞咽功能、生活质量变化及临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,2组患者的吞咽功能SSA评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者生活质量SWAL-QOL评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率90.0%高于对照组的74.3%(P<0.05)。结论颈项部按摩联合吞咽训练治疗脑梗死假性球麻痹效果显著,能有效促进患者吞咽功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of neck massage combined with swallowing train- ing on quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction pseudobulbar palsy. Methods A total of 140 patients with cerebral infarction pseudobulbar palsy enrolled in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given swallowing training, and the patients in the study group were treated with neck massage and swallowing training. After 1 month of treatment, the swallowing function, quality of life changes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 1 month of treatment, the SSA score of the swallowing function of the two groups were lower than treatment before and study group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The SWAL-QOL scores of both groups were higher than before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group （90.0% vs. 74.3% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Neck massage and swallowing training has remarkable effect for cerebral infarction pseudo-ball paralysis, it can ef- fectively promote the recovery of patients with swallowing function, improve the quality of life of pa- tients, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
