摘要
目的探讨心理访谈联合怀旧引导对阿尔茨海默病患者心理健康水平的影响。方法选取阿尔茨海默病患者50例分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用心理访谈联合怀旧引导干预,比较2组患者护理前后心理健康水平情况。结果护理后,观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组简易精神量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理访谈联合怀旧引导有利于改善阿尔茨海默病患者的抑郁情绪,提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To analyze the influence of psychological interview combined with nostalgic guidance on mental health of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods A total of 50 pa- tients with Alzheimer＇s disease in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing measures, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given psychological interview combined with nostalgic guidance. The mental health level of two groups after intervention were compared. Results Observation group had lower Hamilton Depression scale （HAMD） scores, and higher Mini-mental State Examination （MMSE） scores than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combina- tion of psychological interview and nostalgic guidance is helpful to improve the depression of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease and improve their mental health.
