舒适护理模式在上消化道出血患者护理中的应用

Application of comfortable nursing for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的研究舒适护理模式在上消化道出血中的应用效果。方法将本院接诊的75例上消化道出血患者根据不同的护理模式分成2组。A组(n=39)实施舒适护理,B组(n=36)实施常规护理。分析2组护理效果,并比较各组平均止血时间、治疗费用和护理总有效率等指标。结果 A组治疗费用明显比B组低(P<0.05)平均止血时间、住院天数均明显短于B组(P<0.05)。A组护理总有效率、护理满意度明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理模式可有效提高上消化道出血病患的止血效果,促进病情康复,改善临床护理质量。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing for patients with upper gas- trointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 75 upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing modes. Group A （n = 39） performed com- fort care and group B （n -~ 36） was given routine care. The nursing effects of two groups were ana- lyzed, and the average hemostasis time, the cost of treatment and the total effective rate of nursing were compared. Results Group A had significantly lower treatment cost, shorter average hemostasis time and hospital days than group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of nursing, and nursing sat- isfaction in group A were significantly higher than that of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comfort- able nursing can effectively improve hemostatic effect of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, promote rehabilitation of patients, and improve nursing quality.
