预见性护理预防糖尿病肾病血液透析患者医院感染的效果观察

Effect of predictive nursing in prevention of noscomial infection in diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis

目的探讨预见性护理模式预防糖尿病肾病血液透析患者医院感染的效果。方法将86例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组实施临床常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展预见性护理,对比2组患者护理后医院感染发生情况。结果观察组患者感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),医院感染发生部位主要集中于血液和呼吸道,感染患者与未感染患者各影响因素比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者住院期间对护理人员护理满意度及治疗配合度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将预见性护理模式应用于糖尿病肾病血液透析患者,可显著降低医院感染发生率,建立良好护患关系,有效改善预后,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing in prevention of noscomial infection in diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 86 diabetic ne- phropathy patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases per group. The control group was given routine care, while observation group was given predictive nursing. Incidences of nosocomial infection of two groups were analyzed. Results The in- cidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was obviously lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , the infected locations mainly focused on blood and respiratory tract, and there were no significant differences in infected and uninfected patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group had sig- nificantly higher satisfaction and treatment cooperation than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Predictive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital infection, establish a good rela- tionship between nurses and patients, and improve prognosis of diabetic nephropathy patients with he- modialysis, so it is worthy promotion in clinic.
