急诊预检分诊系统对儿科危急重症患儿分诊效果的影响

Effect of emergency pre-triage system on triage efficacy for critically ill children in department of pediatrics

目的探讨急诊预检分诊系统对儿科危急重症患儿分诊效果的影响。方法选取在儿科急诊接受诊治的200例危急重症患儿作为研究对象,根据入院时间分为对照组、研究组各100例,同时将分诊医护人员60例根据随机数表法分为对照组、研究组各30例。对照组患儿接受传统的儿科急诊预检分诊,研究组患儿接受系统的儿科急诊预检分诊系统护理服务,比较2组患儿分诊准确率、抢救结果及患儿家长满意度。结果研究组患儿分诊准确率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿候诊意外、医疗纠纷、死亡的发生率均略低于对照组,抢救成功率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患儿家长对儿科急诊预检分诊的满意度为97.0%(97/100),高于对照组的84.0%(84/100)(P<0.05)。结论儿科系统化急诊预检分诊系统对危急重症患儿分诊具有显著改善效果,能有效提高分诊准确率,改善患儿家长及医护人员对分诊的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the impact of pediatric emergency pre-triage system on the triage efficacy of critically ill children. Methods A total of 200 critically ill children in pediatric e- mergency department in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to children~ admission time, with 100 cases in each group, given conventional emergency pre-triage sys- tem, and nursing for emergency pre-triage system. A total of 60 medical staff were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The accuracy of pre-triage, rescue results and patents＇satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy of pre-triage in study group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The incidences of waiting accident, medical disputes and death in the study group were slightly lower, and the success rate of rescue was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The study group had higher satisfaction than was the control group [97.0% （97/100） vs. 84.0% （84/100）, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Pediatric systematic e- mergency pre-triage system has a significant improvement effect, and it can effectively improve the ac- curacy of triage, improve triage satisfaction of ehildreng parents and medical staff, so it is worth clini- cal promotion.
