摘要
采用还原-中和-蒸发浓缩工艺处理沉钒废水,处理规模为70m^3/h。废水呈酸性,主要含有钒、铬、硫酸铵、硫酸钠等污染物,具有酸性强、成分复杂、水质变化大、毒性大、可生化性差等特点,在进水SS 400~500mg/L、CODcr 120~150mg/L、V^(5+)100~130mg/L、Cr^(6+)100~250 mg/L、(NH_4)_2SO_4 8 000~13 000mg/L、Na_2SO_4 40 000~60 000mg/L、pH值2.0~2.5、温度70~80℃时,对应其出水达到SS 40~70 mg/L、CODcr 50~100 mg/L、V^(5+)0.01~0.1mg/L、Cr^(6+)0.01~0.1mg/L、NH_3-N 100~200mg/L、pH值6~9的回用指标要求,为氧化钒生产提供了有力保障。该工艺流程简单,设备自动化程度高,初沉、还原、中和、沉淀、过滤等是该处理工艺的核心,保证了回用水水质,具有良好的经济及环境效益。
The vanadium wastewater was treated by reduction-neutralization-evaporation process. The scale was 70 m3/h. The wastewater is acidic, mainly containing pollutants such as vanadium, chromium, ammo- nium sulfate, sodium sulfate, etc. It is characterized by strong acidity, complex composition, large change in water quality, large toxicity and biochemical difference. In water SS 400 ~ 500 mg/L, 120-- 150 mg/L CODcr,V5+ 100 ~ 130 mg/L,Cr^6+ 100 ~ 250 mg/L, (NH4)2SO4 8 000~13 000 mg/L,NazSO4 40 000~ 60 000,PH 2.0~ 2. 5 mg/L,temperature of 70 ~ 80 ℃ ,corresponding to the effluent SS 40 ~ 70 mg/L, CODcr 50 ~ 100 mg/L,V^5+ 0. 01 ~ 0. 1 mg/L,Cr^6+ 0.01 ~ 0. 1 mg/L,NH3-N 100 ~ 200 mg/L,PH 6 9, which meet the requirements of recycling indicators, and ensure the vanadium oxide production pow- erful. The technological process is simple, high degree of automation. The key of the process are sinking, reduction, neutralization, precipitation and filtration, and the reuse water quality is guaranteed. So the process has good economic and environmental benefits.
