民间宗教信仰对女性性别角色的三大转变——以河南民权女性观音信仰为例

Three Major Changes in Female Gender Roles Under Influence of Folk Religious Belief:a Case Study of Guanyin Belief of Minquan County in Henen Province

民间宗教的信仰以女性为主体,从社会性别的视角来看,信仰民间宗教对女性性别角色的塑造起着很大的作用。本文研究主要运用个案访谈法和参与观察法,对河南民权县观音信仰进行了调查研究,研究发现:河南民权县的观音信仰者以女性为主体,观音信仰使女性从"家庭妇女"参与到公共事务中;从家庭中心到社会价值的实现;从单一到多维的情感支持。观音信仰对女性性别角色的塑造发挥了积极作用,并填补了现实生活中的很多性别角色缺陷。

From the perspective of gender,folk religious beliefs to women as the main body and folk religion shaped women social gender role. In this paper,we make a survey about folk religious which using the method of case interview and participation observation in Minquan county of henan province. We find that,folk religious beliefs to women as the main body in Minquan county of henan province. The belief in guanyin enables women to participate in public affairs from ＂family women＂; From family center to social value realization; From single to multidimensional emotional support. Folk played a positive role in shaping women social gender role and filling in the defect characters in real life.
