摘要 文章介绍了200MW火电机组配置的给水泵综合节能改造的必要性及给水泵高压变频器的工作原理,针对该厂现有给水泵设备配置能耗偏高的情况,提出了改造方案。对给水泵前置泵是否改造进行了技术论证,排除了给水泵在低负荷阶段,变频运行时出现给水泵汽蚀的担忧。对给水泵综合节能改造方案从经济性、可行性和改造后实施的效果进行了细致对比分析,总结了改造运行后的优势,使综合厂用电率下降了0.41%,同时具有安全稳定、操作简便、效益显著等特点。 This paper introduces the necessity of integrated energy-saving reform of 200MW thermal power unit for feed water pump and the working principle of MV VFD for feed water pump. In view of the high energy consumption of the existing pump equipment in this plant, this paper presents a modification plan. Pre-pump on the pump whether the transformation of the technical feasibility studies, ruled out fears when VFD runs, appears the pump cavitation in the low load stage of feed water pump. The integrated energy-saving retrofit program of water supply pump was carried out a detailed comparative analysis from the aspects of economy, feasibility and effect after the retrofit, summarized the advantages of the retrofit operation, reduced the electricity consumption rate of the general factory by 0.41%, characterized by safe and stable, easy operation and efficiency significant, etc features.
