摘要
成人高等教育对我国基础教育教师职后发展做出了巨大的贡献,但在转型背景下面临着培养出来的人才不能迎合社会需求,发展方向不明等问题。基于核心素养的课程文化自觉,不仅能为成人高等教育发展指明方向,而且在课程理解建构、课程态度重塑、课程自信凝聚等方面赋予成人高等教育以新意。基于核心素养的成人高等教育课程目标、课程设置和课程评价等的改革,为成人高等教育进一步发展开辟路径。
It is well-known that adult higher education has made great contribution to the development of the teaches' post-service training for the basic education in China.However,adult higher education is faced with some problems and can't meet the talents' demand of society.There is no doubt that the core of curriculum cultural consciousness is based on literacy and can indicate the direction for the development of adult higher education.On the other hand,it might also give the adult higher education to new ideas on constructing curriculum,remodeling curriculum attitude,and enhancing curriculum cohesion It is sure the reform of curriculum objectives,curriculum provision and curriculum evaluation are based on key competence,which opens a path for the further development of adult higher education.
