创新地方高校卓越法律人才培养模式探析——以三峡大学法学本科人才培养为例

Probe into Cultivation Model of Excellent Legal Talents in Local universities

卓越法律人才的教育培养是时代的要求,地方院校应将"服务于基层的复合型、应用型法律人才"作为卓越法律人才教育培养的目标定位。为了实现这一人才培养目标,优化理论课程教学设置,结合学生就业实际,建立分类指导模块课程体系,同时,创新实践教学模式,利用实务部门案例,强化学生法律实务技能培养,并借助实训基地,发挥校外课堂优势,提升学生运用法律服务社会的能力。

It is certain that it is one of the universities main tasks to cultivate excellent legal talents.There is no doubt that local universities should serve economic development by advocating applied legal talents as the target of the education.In order to achieve this talent goal,it is necessary to optimize the theoretical course teaching settings,combined with students＇ employment reality,and create the classification guidance module curriculum system.Meanwhile,it is imperative to adopt innovative practice teaching model,utilize the substantive departments cases,and strengthen students＇ legal practice skills training.The purpose is to take advantage of extracurricular classroom and improve students＇ legal affair ability.
