提升现代职业教育发展质量已经成为服务中国制造2025、实现人力资源强国及制造业强国的一个关键。新时期,我国现代职业教育发展呈现新常态,社会对现代高职人才培养表现出"素质与技能并重"等新目标,同时在培养模式上突出德育、创新人才培养等新思路。基于新时期高职教育人才培养呈现的新要求,创新高职院校学生党员培养教育模式的重要性和必要性日趋显著。因此,积极创新高职院校学生党员培养教育模式和路径,是新形势下加强党的建设工作的一项重要内容。

It is necessary to enhance the quality of modern vocational education development,which has become a key to serving China Manufacturing 2025 so as to achieve a strong human resources and manufacturing country.Surely,the development of modern vocational education in China presents a new normal state and shows new goals such as＂emphasizing on both quality and skill＇and＂highlighting moral education and innovative talents cultivation model＂.Based on the new requirements of cultivating of talents in higher vocational education,it is important to innovate the necessity of educational model of the party members.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen the party building work by innovating the path of educational model of the student party members in vocational colleges.
