小儿毛细支气管炎采用布地奈德雾化给药配合异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇的效果评价

The Efficacy Evaluation of Budesonide Nebulization Combined with Ipratropium Bromide and Salbutamol in the Treatment of Bronchiolitis in Children

目的:评价小儿毛细支气管炎采用布地奈德雾化给药配合异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇的效果。方法:将2016年1月-2017年6月某院收治的112例毛细支气管炎患儿分为对照组和观察组。对照组用布地奈德和沙丁胺醇治疗。观察组用布地奈德、沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵治疗。然后比较两组患儿治疗的效果和临床症状改善的时间。结果:观察组喘息、气促、肺部体征改善时间短于对照组,治疗的总有效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿毛细支气管炎采用雾化吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵治疗的效果显著,可快速改善临床症状。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Budesonide inhalation with Ipratropium Bromide and Salbutamol in children with bronchiolitis.Method：From January 2016 to June 2017,112 children with bronchiolitis treated in a hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Budesonide and Salbutamol.The observation group was treated with Budesonide,Salbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide.Then the effect of treatment and the time of improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Result：In the observation group,wheezing,shortness of breath,pulmonary symptoms improved time were shorter than the control group,the total effective treatment was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Inhalation of Budesonide,Salbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide are effective in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children,and can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms.
