中西医结合治疗急性单纯性机械性肠梗阻效果观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Simple Mechanical Ileus

目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性单纯性机械性肠梗阻的效果。方法:127例急性单纯性机械性肠梗阻患者随机分为治疗组67例与对照组60例,对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上应用中药小承气汤加味辨证治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈49例(73.13%),减轻12例(17.91%),无效6例(8.96%),总有效率91.04%;对照组痊愈22例(36.67%),减轻7例(11.67%),无效31例(51.67%),总有效率48.33%。两组痊愈率、总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:以中医中药为主的中西医保守疗法,集除满、排气、滑肠、导泻和防止并发症于一体,在解除梗阻、减轻症状、防止细菌感染、纠正水电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调等方面,均有明显效果,值得临床应用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of the acute simple mechanical intestinal obstruction.Method：127 cases of acute simple mechanical intestinal obstruction patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 67 cases and the control group 60 cases,the control group treated with western medicine,the treatment group was treated the application of traditional Chinese medicine Xiao Chengqi Tang dialectical treatment on the basis of the control group.Result：The treatment group healed in 49 cases（73.13%）,and reduce the 12 cases（17.91%）,invalid 6 cases（8.96%）,total effective rate was 91.04%.In the control group healed 22 cases（36.67%）,reduce 7 cases（11.67%）,invalid 31 cases（51.67%）,the total effective rate was 48.33%.After statistics processing,two groups of healing rate and total effective rate differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine of Chinese and western medicine conservative treatment,in addition to the full,exhaust and slippery bowel,catharsis and prevent complications at an organic whole,removing obstruction,relieve symptoms and prevent bacterial infection,correct water and electrolyte imbalance and acid-base balance disorders,etc,all have obvious effect,worthy of clinical application.
