咽喉反流性疾病与分泌性中耳炎

Laryngopharynx Acid Reflux Disease and Secretory Otitis Media

分泌性中耳炎作为耳鼻咽喉科的常见病,是导致听力下降的常见原因之一。其发病机制仍不确切,可能与咽鼓管功能障碍、感染、免疫反应等因素有关。目前咽喉反流性疾病引起分泌性中耳炎是的主要讨论的热点之一,本文就两者相关性及研究进展做一综述。

Secretory otitis media,as a common disease in ENT Dept,is one of the most frequent causes of hearing loss.However,the pathogenesis remains unclear and may be related to eustachian tube dysfunction,infection,immune response and other factors.At present,secretory otitis media induced by laryngopharynx acid reflux disease is one of the hot issues in question.In this paper,their correlation and research progress will be reviewed.
